Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Corporate Governance Program Manager to execute project management, tracking, and delivery across governance, compliance, and ESG initiatives. You will coordinate with Legal, HR, Sustainability, and other units to update policies and monitor evolving laws across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include maintaining a regulatory inventory, supporting CSRD/TCFD transitions, managing cross-functional programs, and handling accessibility inquiries while producing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal, or related subject preferred.
• 2–4 years of Compliance, Business or Corporate Governance experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; translate regulatory concepts for non-legal audiences.
• Strong computer skills with Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and in large global environments across time zones.
• Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience supporting compliance programs in areas like modern slavery, accessibility, ESG, or third-party risk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Environmental Sustainability to update internal policies.
• Support retirement or consolidation of outdated policies.
• Monitor ESG, sustainability, and governance laws and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
• Maintain regulatory inventory with requirements, dates, owners, and actions.
• Support ESG reporting projects including CSRD, ISSB/TCFD transitions.
• Coordinate Modern Slavery Act requirements and related human rights obligations.
• Manage cross-functional governance projects from intake to completion.
• Manage the corporate accessibility inbox for inquiries and issues.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and exec-ready materials for the Program Manager.
