Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development/strategic finance.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end—screen targets, due diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance; build valuation models; write investment memos; assist on deal structuring.
