What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisitions and develop relationships with key decision-makers in vertical market software businesses

- Support the M&A team in qualifying potential company targets and tracking activities in Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and French
- 5+ years of related business experience in sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, M&A sourcing, technology/software, investor relations, or entrepreneurship/start-up
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
- Exceptional people skills along with excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior corporate development experience is beneficial but not necessary
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to thrive on new challenges and take initiative
