Ethos is seeking experienced heads of corporate development to guide AI-driven slide deck tasks. The role focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships with 4+ years in-house M&A experience, delivering top-tier board materials and presentations.

Compensation is $100/hour with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week. This fully remote position starts ASAP and supports schedule-based collaboration across teams and investors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train AI model to produce professional presentations and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated board, target, and integration decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of materials.
