Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train AI models by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Produce board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal memos, and integration planning decks.
• Support core workflows with high-quality, precise slide craftsmanship and professional presentation materials.
