Fandom is seeking a Corporate Development Director remotely across the United States to drive all stages of the M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to deal closure and integration. Responsibilities

• Lead deal sourcing, initial rationale, and financial modeling for potential acquisitions.
• Manage due diligence and data room processes with internal and external parties.
• Prepare board and executive-level presentations with diligence findings.
• Assist integration planning and execution post-transaction.
