You’ll present recommendations to senior executives, coordinate cross-functional due diligence, and drive deal execution while building a scalable deal pipeline and playbooks for repeatable success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience spanning investment banking and corporate development.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end M&A transactions.
• Strong strategic judgment across build-vs-buy, market entry, and integration risk.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Executive presence and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
• Shape investment theses and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Drive cross-functional diligence with Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, Product, and Partnerships.
• Own financial modeling, valuation, and business-case development.
