Job summary

Express Employment International seeks a Developer for its corporate office. This is a remote, travel‑heavy role (up to 50%) supporting franchisees across multiple territories from corporate Oklahoma City HQ.

You will coach, train, and monitor performance to improve gross margin and client count, acting as a liaison between EEI, franchisees, and internal staff. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in staffing sales; CSP/PHR/SHRM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years sales experience in staffing required.
• Alternative: High School Diploma plus 15 years sales experience.
• CSP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
