Express Employment International seeks a Developer for its corporate office. This is a remote, travel‑heavy role (up to 50%) supporting franchisees across multiple territories from corporate Oklahoma City HQ.

You will coach, train, and monitor performance to improve gross margin and client count, acting as a liaison between EEI, franchisees, and internal staff. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in staffing sales; CSP/PHR/SHRM credentials are preferred.

Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Headquarters - Oklahoma City, OK 73162, The role of a Developer for the corporate office of Express Employment International is a sales focused position and is to ensure Franchisee success with This is achieved through managing multi-location territories, monitoring sales, and supporting each franchise through coaching and training. Developers will use motivational programs and corporate-sponsored resources and tools to assist Franchisees with improving their gross margin dollar and client count. A Developer serves as a liaison between Express Employment International (EEI) and the Express Franchisees and their internal staff. They will assess readiness for the Franchisee to expand their business into other territories or via expanded business verticals.

Additionally, Developers will:

• Ensure legal and ethical operation of all franchise offices by visiting each of their assigned offices on a bi-annual basis and address any deviations from the Franchise Agreement or inappropriate/ineffective business practices.
• Attend annual company events such as ILC (International Leadership Conference), SalesSummit, Sales Rally, Developer Roundtable, and other events as required.
• Participate in the Professional Development - Developer Enrichment Program

This is a remote position. However, candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of a major airport, as the role requires travel up to 50% of the time. Territory may be in-state or multi-state, depending on business needs.

• Able to uncover and clearly define each franchisee's goal and create action plans to support those goals
• Understand key business goals and tools and find ways to align franchisee goals with greater organizational goals
• Have clear and influential conversations with franchisees when goals or minimum operating standards are not being met

Business Knowledge and Financial Acumen

• Deep understanding of sales and staffing
• Continuously seeks industry and market trends, including regionally specific employment changes
• Stays informed of Express changes and new and updated resources, including systems and support tools

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of sales experience with a staffing organization required
• High School Diploma + 15 years of sales experience with a staffing organization in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree
• CSP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP strongly preferred

• Ability to effectively support a multi-location territory; effective selling, coaching, and negotiating
• Excellent written ad verbal skills; Understanding of the financial components of a business unit including P&L, effective pricing, forecasting, and negotiating
