Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a strategic Franchise Operations leader who guides franchisee performance across a broad portfolio. You will coach 10-20 groups and 60-150 restaurants, drive P&L opportunities, and ensure compliance with standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

Frontline collaboration with cross-functional teams, training, and opening new locations are key duties, along with mentoring staff and managing high-volume restaurant operations—even from remote settings.

Qualifications

• Approximately eight (8) years of experience in Restaurant Operations.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Strong track record of meeting operational goals and maximizing profits.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and DMV record acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 10-20 franchise groups and 60-150 franchise restaurants.
• Drive franchisee P&L opportunities and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to elevate business health.
• Identify solutions and create action plans to drive portfolio results.
• Provide strategic operational support: service standards, QA, training.
• Assist with restaurant development planning, site layout, and openings.
• Maintain relationships and mentor new team members.
• Represent the Franchise Operations team in priority initiatives.
