Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Corporate Counsel for Commercial contracts to join our Legal Department’s commercial transactions team. This remote role supports IT Services contracts for the Americas and interacts with executives across multiple geographies from Plano, Texas.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex IT Services agreements, advising on terms, risk, and compliance, and collaborating with sales, delivery, and finance teams to enable successful client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a lawyer, with at least 2 years drafting and negotiating complex IT Services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in support of IT Services.
• Advise business clients on terms, conditions, and risks in outsourcing relationships.
• Assist in developing resolutions to disputes with customers.
• Enforce compliance with corporate policies.
• Collaborate with internal corporate units and global stakeholders.
• Manage internal executive briefings and escalations.
