NTT Global Data Centers in the United States seeks a Principal Legal Counsel, Global Commercial Contracts, to lead complex contracts across regions, including commercial leases, triple net leases, and MSAs for gigawatt campus projects. You will work with the Director and VP to structure, analyze, and negotiate agreements.

The role requires eight+ years in corporate law with in-house data center exposure, excellent English communication, and the ability to advise executives on risks and business

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with active state bar membership.
• 8+ years of legal experience, including 4+ years in-house in the data center sector.
• Experience across multiple global time zones and cross-border contracting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Structure, review and negotiate commercial agreements across regions, including leases and MSAs.
• Manage risk and ensure alignment with business and compliance needs.
• Analyze client contractual issues across regions, clients, and contracts.
• Respond to inquiries from all departments on contractual obligations and commitments.
• Advise senior management on complex client matters, communicating risks clearly.
• Interact with clients, internal teams, and corporate affiliates globally.
• Develop and implement contract procedures and templates to improve efficiency.
