Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Principal Legal Counsel to lead global client contracting, including complex leases and service agreements. You will draft, review, and negotiate across regions, manage risk, and advise senior leadership on key commercial issues.

Ideal candidates have a JD, California or US bar eligibility, and at least eight years in corporate law with data-center sector experience. This is a remote role supporting global operations with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Current member in good standing with a state bar.
• Eight+ years of legal experience including in‑house work, with four+ years in data center contracting.

Responsibilities

• Structure, review and negotiate commercial agreements across regions.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance reflected in client agreements.
• Analyze contractual issues across regions and clients.
• Advise management on complex contractual, regulatory and legal matters.
• Collaborate with global teams and develop contract templates.
