The role is remote in the United States, requiring 3+ years of experience, JD, and strong drafting skills across software licenses, NDAs, and vendor agreements. You will work with cross-functional teams and external counsel, navigating HIPAA and privacy laws.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar in good standing.
• Experience with HIPAA and healthcare privacy laws.
• Experience drafting technology/software license agreements.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters for assigned Harris Healthcare units.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology contracts.
• Lead end-to-end structuring and closing of transactions at appropriate experience level.
• Create and maintain template agreements to fit business needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support growth.
