Job summary

Interra Health is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to provide transactional guidance and risk management for a healthcare technology platform. The role supports enterprise contracts, NDAs, and BAAs, while aligning with product strategy and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a JD and a current law license, with at least four years in healthcare, data privacy, or transactional law; pharmacy/PBM and SaaS experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and valid law license in good standing.
• Minimum four years of experience practicing law, specifically in healthcare, data privacy, or transactional law.
• Experience with pharmacy/PBM practices and SaaS agreements is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional legal advice and strategic risk management for Interra Health.
• Support commercial teams with enterprise-level agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, BAAs).
• Contribute to product strategy while ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare and data privacy regulations.
