Job summary

Roessel Joy is assisting a Private Equity-backed, high-growth SaaS company in identifying a Corporate Controller. This hands-on role reports to the CFO and will own accounting, the close process, and build out the finance function as the company scales.

You will start with a lean team, partner closely with the CFO, and drive improvements across revenue recognition, close timing, and ERP migration. This is an opportunity to shape finance in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ASC 606 experience across multiple revenue streams.
• Identify performance obligations and SSP for bundled arrangements.
• Experience setting up and overseeing multiple entities domestically and internationally.
• Leads accounting team and develops headcount as the company scales.
• ERP migration/project management and internal controls improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own complex revenue recognition under ASC 606 across software, hardware, and professional services.
• Own the monthly close process and financial reporting.
• Help set up and oversee multiple entities domestically and internationally.
• Oversee the general ledger and operational accounting; lead and develop the team.
• Drive ERP migration and improve processes, controls, and systems as the company scales.
• Partner with the CFO on reporting for the board and investors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and other teams to support the business.
