Logoslabs is seeking an experienced Controller to lead multiple client engagements, deliver timely financial reporting, and partner with CEOs and executives on strategic decisions. You will oversee monthly closes, revenue recognition, and multi-entity accounting across a remote environment with international considerations.

The role requires extensive hands-on accounting, GAAP knowledge, and strong leadership to mentor teams and produce CEO-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Extensive hands-on accounting experience; multi-entity or multi-client preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Prior public accounting or audit exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High professionalism and ownership mindset.
• Remote work in U.S. environment is acceptable for the right candidate.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage monthly close for multiple clients.
• Prepare financial statements under U.S. GAAP or other required standards.
• Analyze results vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition and expense matching.
• Produce organized, executive-ready financial packages.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, GL, and reconciliations.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity.
• Oversee tax compliance, regulatory filings, and audits.
• Lead cross-functional finance partnerships with founders and leaders.
• Build scalable processes and internal controls across multi-entity environments.
• Provide forward-looking insights and performance metrics.
• Mentor accounting teams and present CEO-ready outputs.
