Ottimate is a fast-growing FinTech backed by private equity seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to own the accounting operations. You will deliver audit-ready financial statements, build scalable controls, and partner with senior leadership on strategic insights.

The role emphasizes a disciplined close, treasury oversight, and driving automation/AI to streamline processes while leading a growing accounting team in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred; active licensure a plus.
• Demonstrated 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proven ability to lead close processes and audits.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day accounting operations, GL, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close.
• Lead external audits and GAAP/compliance activities, including ASC 606 references.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany settlements.
• Build internal controls, policies, and scalable financial systems.
• Partner with FP&A, Payments, and leadership to drive financial insights.
