Job summary

Trustwell is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead our accounting operations from a remote US-based role. You will ensure GAAP compliance, manage close processes, and guide a high-performing accounting team to support rapid growth in a mission-driven tech environment.

The ideal candidate has deep technical accounting experience, strong collaboration skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Public accounting background is a plus; Big Four experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead external audit process for US and UK.
• Design and implement scalable internal controls.
