Job summary

Ampure is seeking a Corporate Controller to own the global accounting function across the US, Mexico, and German entities. This hands-on role reports to the CFO and drives the monthly close, inventory costing, and consolidated financial statements for a remote team in the United States.

You will manage intercompany eliminations, ASC 606/ASC 842, and external audits while improving processes and systems, including NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Deep manufacturing accounting experience with standard costing, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
• Multi-entity consolidation experience under US GAAP.
• Strong ERP skills; NetSuite preferred and Advanced Excel expected.
• Experience managing an external financial statement audit end-to-end.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely with discipline and to build trust with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Close and consolidate monthly and annual financials across all entities.
• Own inventory and cost accounting, including standard cost development and variance analysis.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and manage intercompany eliminations.
• Lead technical accounting memos for non-routine transactions and revenue/lease accounting.
• Design and enforce controls; oversee annual audit with external auditors.
• Deliver investor and lender reporting and support CFO for covenants.
• Own NetSuite from accounting perspective and drive chart of accounts improvements.
• Lead and develop the US and Mexico accounting teams.
