Job summary

ATALNT is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting, treasury operations, and financial reporting across a multi-plant manufacturing environment in the United States.

This executive role oversees U.S. and Mexico operations, drives the close process, and partners with executive leadership to shape financial strategy while ensuring GAAP compliance and robust internal controls. Local candidates only; this is in-office.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of finance experience in manufacturing, multi-country, or complex accounting environments.
• 5+ years of senior-level finance leadership experience.
• Experience managing U.S. and international accounting operations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
• Experience leading finance operations for organizations with $200M+ annual revenue.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems.
• Experience working with external auditors and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple business units and ERP systems.
• Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, general ledger management, and internal controls.
• Manage treasury operations, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital.
• Oversee U.S. and Mexico accounting operations, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Lead accounting and treasury teams across multiple locations.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FP&A, Tax, and Executive Leadership.
• Improve finance processes, reporting systems, automation, and data governance.
• Support capital planning, inventory management, and strategic financial initiatives.
