Qualifications

• CPA required; bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably with a strong public accounting foundation.
• Experience as a Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar leadership role in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, external audits, and multi-site operations.
• Strong experience with manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and operational finance partnership.
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations and cultures while developing people and improving processes.
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, business judgment, and ability to operate effectively at both strategic and detailed levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting and reporting across the organization.
• Strengthen controls, governance, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies.
• Oversee accounting policies, technical accounting matters, and external audits.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, and strategic initiatives.
