Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Deposit and Payment Solutions Relationship Manager to oversee relationships in the REIT East Market. The role drives sales and revenue growth by prospecting new deposits and treasury management opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.

This in-office role requires 3+ days per week in a U.S. Bank hub and around 50% travel, with a focus on delivering superior service across bank product lines and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of CRE deposit, treasury management and relationship experience.
• Strong ability to grow revenues in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio with complex deposits and payments solutions.
• Monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.
• Serve as liaison between CRE group and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recommend product and service solutions based on customer data analysis.
• Review financials and forecast balances and revenue accurately.
• Develop strategies to satisfy customer needs with a full suite of bank products.
