You bring active US licensing and substantial corporate‑law experience, including negotiations and drafting of purchase agreements and governance

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions.
• 3–10+ years of corporate law experience at a substantive level (M&A, securities, governance, contracts, private financings).
• Hands‑on experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and governing instruments.

Aufgaben

• Build realistic deal scenarios, corporate hypotheticals, and research memos on M&A and governance.
• Review AI‑generated analysis of transaction documents for compliance with US corporate law.
• Provide clear corporate‑law responses correcting legal errors and outlining risk.
• Identify unclear language, legal risk, and drafting weaknesses to help set training quality standards.
