Frontier AI Lab is seeking a Corporate Attorney (BigLaw background) for a remote, contractor role focused on training AI systems with high-stakes corporate materials. You will review complex documents, draft and annotate for model training, and ensure compliance with US practice standards.

Ideal candidates bring recent BigLaw corporate experience in M&A, private equity, and capital markets, with strong attention to detail and clear written communication. This is a remote, US-engaged project.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the United States.
• Experience with corporate matters at top law firms is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Provide feedback to inform AI model training on legal reasoning and drafting.
• Annotate and categorize legal data for dataset refinement.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers on rubrics.
