Job summary

Covius is seeking a Manager of Corporate Application Services to lead and develop a high-performing team supporting IT Operation initiatives. You will partner with the Service Desk and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives, while driving data-driven improvements in performance and efficiency.

The role is hands-on, overseeing ongoing maintenance and enhancements for corporate-level applications, with travel to various offices and a focus on change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a business discipline is preferred.
• Agile training and certification are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an IT technical role.
• 3-5+ years of recent experience working within a technical ticketing system (Atlassian preferred).
• 1-3+ years of project management experience.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience with a geographically distributed team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of project activities and resolve escalated issues to support successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation, drive process innovation, and implement efficient and scalable ways of working.
• Provide regular project reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Gather and review IT related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across the organization to support and refine IT processes that meet the future needs of the business.
• Oversee the development and growth of the team including coaching, performance management, etc.
