Job summary

Covius is seeking a Manager of Corporate Application Services to lead a high-performing IT operations team supporting corporate applications. You will partner with Service Desk and cross-functional groups to ensure on-time delivery, hands-on leadership, and ongoing maintenance plus data-driven performance improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, leadership of a distributed team, and expertise across Azure, M365, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a business discipline preferred.
• Agile-related training and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of project activities and resolve escalated issues to support successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation, drive process innovation, and implement efficient, scalable ways of working.
• Provide regular project reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Gather and review IT data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across the organization to support IT processes and future business needs.
• Oversee the development and growth of the team, including coaching and performance management.
