Job summary

First Due is seeking an Implementation Manager, Core to own a portfolio of 40+ Core implementations from contract through go-live and handoff. This fully remote role requires deep SaaS implementation experience, strong customer leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams for on-time delivery.

You will manage timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications across public-safety focused projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementations.
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of public safety agencies and decision processes.
• Proven ability to drive delivery outcomes through matrixed teams.
• Proficiency with implementation project management tooling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of roughly 40+ Core implementations from contract to go-live and handoff.
• Maintain Rocketlane as system of record with up-to-date plans and milestones.
• Lead customer kickoffs with clear expectations and action lists.
• Hold bi-weekly and monthly progress check-ins for new and upsell projects.
• Tailor plans to agency operations, including shift patterns and governance.
• Direct and sequence work across teams without direct authority.
• Surface product/process gaps and propose improvements.
