Job summary

ICF’s Homeless Services team is seeking an experienced, mission‑minded CES Coordinator to support the Coordinated Entry System for a large Continuum of Care. You will coordinate CES processes and refer housing referrals to openings and vacancies.

As a key liaison, you’ll work with housing providers, outreach teams, shelters, and access sites to align resources, monitor workflows, reduce move‑in timelines, and remove barriers to housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum two years of experience with CoC and HUD Coordinated Entry programs.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of CoC and HUD CES requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement CoC CES policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Reduce unit vacancies and expedite referrals from CES to housing.
• Analyze data on household strengths, barriers, and services to remove barriers to housing.
• Ensure transparency and fairness in CES operations.
• Collaborate across agencies to address workflow issues.
