Ladders is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations for a premier Finance & Insurance leader. The role focuses on execution, consistency, and performance, partnering with senior leaders to prioritise and optimize workflows across the business.

The executive will close process gaps, shape operational strategy, and drive efficient loan lifecycle management in a remote environment, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, lending, or financial services.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions.
• Strong understanding of closing operations and loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational oversight across lending operations and asset resolution.
• Work with functional leaders to establish priorities and performance expectations.
• Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies across departments.
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance and provide updates to the CEO.
