Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Operations Manager to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee core operational planning and execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, helping build scalable processes and improve cross-functional coordination.

You will enhance delivery visibility, develop SOPs, manage dependencies, track KPIs, and influence culture and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational, program, or project management in dynamic environments.
• Background in engineering or industrial engineering with practical experience.
• Proven ability in planning and execution of complex initiatives.
• Advanced skills in financial management and budgeting processes.
• Expertise in capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Strong organizational skills with systems-based thinking.
• Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational plans, roadmaps, and forecasts
• Identify and resolve resource constraints before they affect delivery
• Manage dependencies across departments and create escalation protocols
• Track project delivery and hold teams accountable for commitments
• Monitor KPIs to drive effectiveness
• Facilitate clear communication of project status and stakeholder alignment
• Create and maintain operational SOPs, ensuring team compliance
