World Business Lenders is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide end-to-end operational leadership across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration. The role requires coordinating with senior leaders to optimize processes, establish KPIs, and improve turnaround times in a fully remote, multinational environment.

The COO will focus on integration, standardization, and cross-functional alignment to ensure efficient lending, servicing, and asset resolution, reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, lending, or financial services.
• Experience coordinating multiple operational functions and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall operational leadership across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set priorities, service levels, and escalation processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize handoffs, and improve end-to-end lifecycle efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale processes and capacity for growth.
• Partner with CIO, CFO, and other leaders on technology, data, and automation strategy.
