X Up Brands is seeking an Integrator to run day-to-day operations across all brands, freeing the CEO to focus on strategic growth. You will lead the leadership team, manage operational execution against revenue targets, and play a pivotal role in brand integration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of people management experience, strong e-commerce fluency, and experience managing distributed teams. Competitive compensation will be offered, including performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing people, real experience delivering feedback.
• E-commerce and Amazon fluency including FBA and DTC.
• Experience integrating acquisitions or launching new business units.

Responsibilities
