- Integrator & EOS Leadership: Serve as the chief execution partner to the Founder—running the operational cadence, managing project deliverables, removing bottlenecks, and enforcing accountability across all entity leaders.
- Executive Visibility & Business Intelligence: Partner with the AI Systems Integrator to build and maintain a real-time, consolidated executive command dashboard providing instant visibility into portfolio KPIs, construction milestones, leasing metrics, and operational performance.
- Cross-Departmental Governance: Establish operational standards, system hygiene, and accountability frameworks across all business units to ensure seamless handoffs between field teams, back-office finance, and executive leadership.
- Scalable Venture Expansion: Rapidly architect, onboard, and integrate new acquisitions, real estate funds, and business ventures into the parent operational infrastructure as the portfolio grows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Senior Operational Leadership Track Record: 7+ years of experience as a COO, Chief of Staff, VP of Operations, or Senior Integrator managing complex US enterprises (real estate, private equity, construction, or multi-entity holding companies strongly preferred).
- EOS / Integrator Mastery: Proven track record of taking high‑level visionary strategy and building the systems, team structures, and project management rhythms to execute it flawlessly.
- Systems Architecture Acumen: Deep experience building process frameworks in ClickUp, Airtable, or enterprise ERP environments.
- Executive Presence & Command: Outstanding critical thinking and leadership skills—able to command respect, lead cross‑functional leaders, and drive projects to completion with total autonomy.
- Communication & Alignment: Native-level written and spoken English with full alignment to US CST business hours.
