Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the leadership team and hold accountability standards.
• Manage weekly leadership meetings and planning.
• Solve operational problems before they escalate to CEO.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable department-level plans.
• Own execution against revenue targets and new brand integrations.
• Build and develop a management layer within the team.
