Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan and rolling forecasts across finance and brand leadership.
• Own supply chain, customer service, and product compliance; lead 10+ team members.
• Serve as strategic financial partner to business leaders, modeling scenarios and tracking performance.
• Oversee technology, systems and AI initiatives to improve speed and decision-making.
• Lead high-stakes initiatives and evaluate new opportunities and partnerships.
