Job summary

MEDvidi is seeking a VP of Operations/COO to build and scale its operational engine for virtual care. You will be the CEO’s right-hand operator, translating strategy into execution across clinical operations, patient experience, fulfillment, and internal workflows.

This hands-on role requires scaling in health tech, familiarity with regulatory and clinical leadership, data-driven decision making, and systems, AI, and automation.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of operations leadership experience.
• Prior experience in health tech, virtual care, healthcare services, or other regulated healthcare environments.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in a growth‑stage company.
• Strong financial and operational fluency - you understand unit economics, not just process.
• Experience working closely with clinical leadership, providers, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across clinical operations, patient experience, fulfillment, and internal workflows.
• Build and continuously improve scalable operating processes that balance speed, quality, cost, and compliance.
• Serve as the integrator across teams, ensuring priorities are aligned and executed.
• Establish and run the company operating cadence: KPIs, dashboards, weekly/monthly business reviews, and accountability rhythms.
• Build a data‑driven operating culture where decisions are guided by leading indicators, not anecdotes.
