Job summary
hellocare is seeking an On-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations and scale our AI-powered virtual care platform. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will drive operational excellence, implement scalable processes, and ensure successful delivery across hospitals, home care, and clinics.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior operational leadership, healthcare/telehealth experience, and a data-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience in healthcare/telehealth environments.
- Experience managing complex operations and driving efficiency in high-growth settings.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory environments, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Streamline workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee delivery of virtual care solutions with healthcare partners.
- Collaborate with product, finance, sales, and clinical teams to align objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team with a culture of accountability.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Strengthen relationships with healthcare systems and partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and mitigate operational risks.
- Contribute to strategic planning with executive team and drive innovation.
