Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or equivalent
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Strong business judgment and the ability to discern urgency and importance

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the COO's calendar, meetings, priorities, and time
• Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure follow-through on initiatives
• Support high-priority projects and summarize information across the organization
• Develop and supervise AI-enabled scheduling and admin automation to boost productivity
• Lead and mentor a small admin team and foster collaboration and accountability
