Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development with a focus on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development.
• Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Bot Stack, including Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 and related tooling.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations and enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents.
• Maintain and migrate Azure Bot Framework v4 stack toward Foundry/Agents 365 architectures.
• Design robust API integrations using MuleSoft to connect front ends with PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
• Develop omnichannel dialog flows using Adaptive Cards, knowledge bases, and automation flows across web and mobile.
• Implement live chat escalation protocols and ticket routing via Salesforce APIs.
• Integrate Hybrid AI strategies combining classical NLU with Azure OpenAI for intent routing and content generation.
• Analyze logs and metrics to optimize containment, accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to translate complex logic into user stories.
