Zusammenfassung

STACK Infrastructure APAC is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to serve as a BMS and EPMS subject matter expert within the Innovation and Engineering team.

This role supports the design and execution of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across STACK projects, partnering with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, design teams, and OFCI vendors to establish, maintain, and govern controls requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, MEP design, construction, commissioning, or related field supporting complex facilities.
• Experience working with design engineers, general contractors, controls contractors, equipment vendors, and construction teams.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of the construction and commissioning process, including issue resolution from design through turnover.

Aufgaben

• Review design drawings and specifications and translate controls requirements to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements between design teams, construction teams, and controls contractors.
• Assist with commissioning activities to ensure installed controls align with approved design.
• Translate customer specifications into executable project documentation.
