Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE (STACK) seeks a career-level Controls Engineer to support BMS/EPMS across a portfolio of data centers. The role involves developing programming standards, optimizing controls, and leading integration and turnover with vendors and internal teams.

You will analyze energy and system performance, drive improvements, and collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Critical Operations to deliver reliable, scalable control solutions.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 5+ years building automation/industrial control in data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers and modular designs.
• Proven expertise with BMS/EPMS platforms and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of operations and BMS/EPMS programming across facilities.
• Standardize and optimize BMS programming and system design.
• Analyze alarms, energy use, and performance data to recommend improvements.
• Lead workstreams for system integration, commissioning, and turnover.
• Ensure proper metering for accurate PUE/WUE measurements.
