Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager to serve as a BMS/EPMS SME within the Innovation and Engineering team. This role supports the design and execution of building management and electrical power monitoring systems across STACK projects.

The position requires reviewing drawings, evaluating submittals, and coordinating between design, construction, controls contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements. Remote with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, MEP design, construction, commissioning, or a closely related field supporting complex facilities.
• Experience working directly with design engineers, general contractors, controls contractors, equipment vendors, and construction teams through design and execution.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of the construction and commissioning process, including ability to support issue resolution from design through turnover.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BMS & EPMS SME within the Innovation and Engineering team for STACK projects.
• Review design drawing packages and submittals, and coordinate requirements across teams.
• Work with design teams to ensure controls requirements are incorporated into project documentation.
• Assist with commissioning activities to align installed controls with approved design and project requirements.
