E Tech Group in the United States seeks a seasoned Controls Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of engineers and technical resources. This is a remote role with significant travel and direct collaboration with executive management, sales, and project management to drive growth and deliver integrated electrical and control systems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial automation, 3+ years in team leadership, hands-on PLC/SCADA expertise (Schneider Electric, AVEVA, Rockwell), and

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration industry.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technical resources to build a strong project delivery group.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field service staff.
• Manage project budget and schedule requirements; drive P&L for the team.
• Specify and configure hardware, instrumentation, PLCs, communication systems, and panels.
• Develop PLC/SCADA networks and test procedures.
• Engage with key clients to ensure satisfaction and growth objectives.
