E Tech Group is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of engineers and technical staff in delivering integrated electrical and control systems for diverse industries across the U.S. This remote role with travel supports multiple projects and strategic growth with strong executive collaboration.

You will mentor engineers, design PLC/SCADA networks, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction while driving profit and growth across business lines.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 8+ years in industrial automation/controls integration.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical resources.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Develop PLC/SCADA networks and test procedures.
• Manage project budgets and schedules; drive P&L.
