Job summary

E Tech Group is a leading engineering and system integration firm in the United States providing IT automation and control solutions for over 25 years. We seek an Engineering Project Manager to lead large projects with potential subcontractors, driving design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning to ensure profitability and client alignment.

This remote role requires 25-30% travel to support on-site activities across client facilities.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• 4-5 years of PLC/SCADA development experience.
• 4-5 years managing control systems projects cradle to grave.
• 5+ years in project engineering with at least 3 years of dedicated project management experience.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development including scope, schedule, and cost estimates and project pricing.
• Manage client communication across all project phases with stakeholders.
• Develop project labor resource and procurement plans to meet schedule and cash flow objectives.
• Maintain scope and ensure contract compliance; obtain Change Orders as needed.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with Operations for efficient resource allocation.
• Represent the company values and drive professional development of associates.
