Requirements include a CPA and 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Public accounting or professional services experience is preferred.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with practice management systems and forecasting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s annual budgeting process.
• Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts.
• Produce monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Oversee accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and billing.
• Support partner compensation modeling and strategic financial initiatives.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and system improvements.
