You’ll work closely with the CEO and fractional CFO, owning AR, AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a focus on scalable, automated processes and strong internal controls.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, general ledger, and revenue accounting.
• Experience with cash management, banking, treasury, payments, or related operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly and annual financial close process and general ledger.
• Oversee reconciliations, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
• Manage AR, AP, program funds, and revenue recognition alignment.
• Own treasury, cash operations, and funding readiness.
• Improve financial systems, processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal controls and audit readiness.
