Job summary

UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group is seeking a Controller to lead multi-entity accounting and financial reporting for a client with diverse entities. This is a remote position and requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a solid internal controls framework.

You will oversee cash management, budgeting, audits, and compliance, while coaching the accounting team and partnering with ownership on strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5–10 years of accounting or finance experience required.
• Experience overseeing accounting for multiple legal entities (10–12).
• Experience with QuickBooks or other financial accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities (corporations & partnerships).
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, reporting systems, and internal controls.
