You will work under limited supervision with a focus on SCADA data, plant parameters, and coordinated outage management, while maintaining logs and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in control center operations, preferably renewable energy assets.
• Familiarity with electrical substation safety protocols and operations.
• Knowledge of NERC standards and impact on operations.
• Ability to follow operating procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a growing solar, wind, and BESS fleet.
• Monitor portfolio via SCADA for faults, alarms, and performance deviations.
• Adjust plant parameters as directed by authorities and management.
• Generate and submit operational reports to grid entities.
• Coordinate with field O&M for troubleshooting and outages.
• Develop outage schedules and forecast activities.
• Maintain logs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external entities.
• Support onboarding and integration of new generation assets.
